Can I bring dogs?
Yes, up to 2 dogs are welcome. The private garden is fully enclosed. A water bowl, food bowl and dog cushion are available for your dog. We usually store these items when a stay is booked without a dog. If they have accidentally not been put out even though your dog was included in the booking, please let Villa Present know and we will make sure they are provided. Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas. They may only be left alone in the house if they are used to this and do not cause damage or noise disturbance.

Can I book the home for a work stay or employee accommodation?
Vakantie Hoeven is intended exclusively for recreational holidays. Accommodation for migrant workers, agency workers or other employees, and stays mainly intended for work or residential use, are therefore not permitted. This helps us comply with the rules of the holiday park and municipality. If it becomes apparent before arrival that the booking was made for this purpose, Villa Present will contact the guest and may refuse or cancel the booking. If prohibited use is established during the stay, Villa Present may terminate the rental agreement immediately. Under the applicable rental conditions, there is then no right to compensation, a refund or any other form of reimbursement. Not sure whether your planned stay is allowed?
