This policy explains which personal data is processed through vakantiehoeven.nl and why. It applies to this website. Bookings are processed on the Villa Present website, where Villa Present’s privacy policy applies.
Who is responsible?
The controller responsible for processing personal data through this website is Vakantie Hoeven, managed by Arjen van Schagen. Privacy enquiries can be sent to contact@vakantiehoeven.nl.
What data do we process?
The website has no contact form and visitors cannot create an account. If you contact us by email, we may process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to respond.
During each visit, the hosting provider may automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser or device type, the time and the page visited. This data is necessary to provide and protect the website and to analyse technical problems.
No payment or booking data is collected on vakantiehoeven.nl. After selecting a booking button, you are taken to Villa Present. Villa Present processes the data entered on its website under its own responsibility.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process personal data to answer enquiries, maintain the technical operation and security of the website, prevent misuse, understand how the website is used and comply with legal obligations. Statistical cookies and Google Analytics are used only with your consent. Other processing may be based on a legitimate interest, pre-contractual measures or a legal obligation.
